Quadron brings you software that works in conjunction with ARTIC communication cards. Together, they relieve your PC, workstation, or server CPU by offloading the communication processing onto the card. The products differ in operating system, in protocols, and in the depth to which you can craft a custom-fit solution for your particular communications needs.

Linux Quadron's qCF is an integrated development environment that speeds development of communication applications on ARTIC cards. Frame HDLC, frame Bisync, async (character or frame), and custom protocols can be developed. It has task loaders, DMA control, memory management, I/O drivers, high-level interprocess messaging, and tools for symbolic analysis and statistics. For a PDF-format data sheet, click here.

Our qX25 software is an open architecture implementation of the CCITT's standard X.25 protocol for ARTIC cards. Its tools allow development of custom solutions to challenging situations, like the support of legacy systems. It has extensive access to parameters, and runs qX25 as a single ARTIC card task. Windows NT Quadron's qLAPB software is a co-processor card implementation of the error-correcting, frame-level LAP-B protocol. It has a self-contained task, I/O driver, and routines for circuit connection and data transmission.
Windows NT Quadron's qCOM brings up to 32 extra asynchronous COM ports to Windows NT computers.
